In tailings, one operation solves two pains:
Dewatering and Recovery of ultra fine grains from all types of tailings. At the end, materials are dry stackable.
Our solution can recover soluble and NOT soluble minerals in tailings, reduce humidity to a dry stacking level, eliminate acidity and other hazards in ONE operation!
1) Load tailing (new or old)
2) Inject extraction solution and liquefy;
3) If needed, recirculate extraction solution until all mineral is dissolved;
4) Remove extraction solution and inject neutralization solution and liquefy;
5) Washing step is done to remove all lixiviant followed by a neutralization step;
6) Put neutralized and drier tailing on a dry stacking area;
7) After all, recover area.

Our patent pending solution, vibrates the container, creating liquefaction effect on the cargo. The liquid layer is sucked up, reducing the total amount of liquid in the cargo. By using an extraction solution during liquefaction, we can recover soluble minerals present in tailings.
